About the Project

 

Our team will continue to deliver vital track maintenance and construction services for the Public Transport Authority on the Perth Greater Metropolitan Area’s urban rail network.

Our team has remained PTA’s contractor of choice for 26 years with the current contract running until 2032.

The rail maintenance contract includes routine maintenance, fault correction, upgrades and construction of track infrastructure.

About the Role

 

We are currently looking for a Track Supervisor to work on our rail contract based at our Claisebrook Depot, East Perth, WA. 

The role will be to lead and coordinate an internal team to achieve positive outcomes across maintenance and construction projects. 

The role will pre-dominantly be nightshift hours (nightshift loading provided) however dayshift will be required from time to time as well as weekend shutdown works.

Responsibilities of the role include;

 

  • Supervising and coordinating the work of rail maintenance and construction teams
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying any issues, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with other project stakeholders, the internal team and contractors
  • Conducting regular inspections to assess the quality and progress of the work.
  • Managing resources, including equipment, plant and materials, to meet project requirements
  • Review fortnightly construction program
  • Adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
