We are looking to increase capability within our community and partnerships and are therefore seeking a Community and Stakeholder Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of John Holland Southern Region's community relations. We are seeking individuals who have a flair for developing and maintaining new and existing community renewal strategies.

You will have experience working within a government or large corporate environment.  You will also have the ability to work within a technically complex project environment handling multiple stakeholder relationships. Additionally you will possess high level written and communication skills as well as an ability to build long standing prosperous relationships .

Essential Criteria

• Strong influencing, networking, negotiation and conflict resolution skills to deal with a range of staff and stakeholders.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in working with human services delivery structures in government and non-government sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and managing whole of government projects at a senior level.
• Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated high level skills in negotiation and development of partnership projects and processes.
• Change management skills and the ability to lead and inspire staff in the development and implementation of major reforms.
