As a result of a vacancy at our Silverwater office we are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer - Project Administrator. You will be responsible for processing payments, assisting with the required expense and month-end reports and resolving payment issues as well as general administrative duties.

Essential Criteria:

• Extensive accounts payable experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Highly developed numeracy & literacy skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• High level attention to detail
• Initiative and problem solving abilities
• Strong organisational and prioritising skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
• Strong knowledge of PCR and John Holland accounting systems and procedures
