Currently we require an intermediate level Contracts Administrator to join the business in our ELF2B Project (Enoggera Land Force Stage 2). The Gallipoli Barracks are located within close proximity (7km) of the Brisbane CBD. The scope of work includes the redevelopment, construction and refurbishment of the existing facilities.

As Contracts Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting site teams with preparation of tender documentation in compliance with project procedures.
• Assisting in claims preparation, responses to subcontract claims and implementation of procedures
• Undertaking rights and obligations assessments including the identification of notice requirements
• Preparation of notices and administering claims relating to delays, extensions of time and variations
• Ensuring all requests for information are provided within agreed time frames

Essential skills/qualifications required:

• A minimum of two years experience in a Contracts Administration support role within a construction project environment.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, or similar
• Meticulous and thorough approach to work.
• Enthusiasm and commitment to make a contribution to the business.
