During the 2 year Graduate Program, you will gain real office and on-site practical experience in many facets of the construction industry including pre-contracts, estimating, planning, commercial administration, safety, quality assurance, environmental management and a general overview of project management.  Experience in these different areas will benefit you and the business as you progress through John Holland.
