About the Role

We are looking for an applications and systems support specialist to join us as a Systems Support Administrator at our project office in Cecil Park.  You will provide daily user support and system maintenance and administration of applications that include SharePoint , Project Pack Web (inhouse built), Soteria (SAI 360), PowerBI, Power Automate etc.

You will participate in upgrades, testing and support of the systems and their automation tools built in the related platforms (SharePoint/PowerApps/Power Automate/Power BI)

What you will do;

  • Provide training and support to project individuals in using project systems
  • Maintain records of data preparation
  • Assist with software development and methodologies and concepts
  • Conduct systems audits in conjunction with systems manager
  • Administer and manage the project SharePoint site
  • Participate in upgrades and testing of the system.
  • Engage with project teams regularly to assist with systems related issues
  • Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships through positive, proactive and professional communication to keep people informed
  • Drive efficiencies by demonstrating to the project teams how to utilise available systems to improve their quality of work
  • Onboarding and Offboarding employee access Systems (SharePoint, PPW, Soteria, TeamBinder, etc)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve systems and application technical issues for end users in a timely manner – proactively communicate anticipated timelines for resolution.

What we are looking for;

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar systems/applications support role, preferably within construction/engineering industry
  • Background in information systems support
  • Experience with Microsoft O365, Power Platform, and MS Forms
  • Strong communication skills to enhance relationship building and stakeholder management
  • Team focus, initiative and a strong desire to add value
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to keep up in a fast paced environment
